Our Italian born Head Chef has been a chef for the past 14 years. Simone made the move to the UK back in 2007 where he worked at the renowned Zafferano’s, a London based restaurant that earnt a Michelin star during his time there. In total Simone worked in 4 restaurants in London before moving out to the British Countryside. He is most looking forward to creating full flavoured dishes with fresh British ingredients.
