Room rates are based on 2 people sharing a room (including VAT)

Standard King/Twin:
£99 per room per night

Superior King:
£109 per room per night

Supplements:

£10 per night supplement for an additional adult/child over the age of 2 sharing a room
£10 per night supplement for a dog in the room

Breakfast:

Bed & Breakfast bookings. Monday – Friday a continental breakfast will be served in your room. Saturday and Sunday breakfast will be served in the restaurant.

Terms and conditions:  Should you need to cancel your reservation, we require twenty four hours’ notice prior to 2pm on your arrival date.  If you do have to cancel within  twenty four hours’ of your due arrival you will incur a charge amounting to no more than your first night’s total rate.  This will be debited from the card details given at the time of booking.  For bookings of 4 or more rooms we require seven days’ notice for full cancellations.  When cancelling, please ask for your cancellation reference number.

You are welcome to arrive early.  Check-in is from 2pm but if your room is ready sooner then you are welcome to use it immediately.  If it is not going to be ready before 2pm we are happy to store your luggage in the meantime.  On the day of your departure, in order that our next guests can check in on time, check out is at 11am.

We do not operate a 24-hour check-in desk – if you are planning to arrive after 10-30pm, please advise us prior to arrival in order that we can arrange to let you in.

We have parking available behind the pub building, although parking is limited and on a first come first served basis.

The Knife and Cleaver is entirely smoke-free and fitted with sensitive smoke detectors.  A cleaning charge of £150 will be added to your bill if you smoke in your room or in the public areas.  We also reserve the right, and by agreeing to these Terms and Conditions you authorise us, to charge your payment card for any damage caused during your stay (including but not limited to the need for specialist cleaning) or for the removal of any items from the rooms.
